Los que me envías con el formulario de Hablemos (nombre, email, tipo de proyecto, presupuesto aproximado y mensaje) o por email. No pido más datos de los necesarios para responderte.
Para qué
Para responder a tu consulta, preparar un presupuesto y, si me encargas el trabajo, gestionar el proyecto y su facturación. No uso tus datos para enviarte publicidad ni para hacer perfiles.

Responder y presupuestar: medidas precontractuales que tú solicitas (art. 6.1.b del RGPD).
Si hay encargo: la ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b) y el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y contables (art. 6.1.c).
Cuánto tiempo los guardo
Si no llegamos a trabajar juntos, borro tus datos como máximo un año después de nuestro último contacto. Si hay encargo, los guardo mientras dure la relación y, después, durante los plazos que exige la ley para la facturación y la contabilidad.
Quién más los trata
No cedo tus datos a nadie, salvo obligación legal. Para que la web funcione uso estos proveedores, que tratan datos por mi cuenta:
Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India; servidores en EE. UU.): recibe el formulario y me lo reenvía por email.
Google (Gmail): mi correo, donde recibo tus mensajes.
Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Eslovenia): aloja y sirve los vídeos del portfolio. Cuando ves uno, en la vista previa al pasar el ratón o al reproducirlo, tu navegador se conecta a sus servidores y estos reciben tu dirección IP.
Netlify (Netlify, Inc., EE. UU.): aloja esta web y, como cualquier servidor, registra tu dirección IP al visitarla.
Transferencias fuera de la UE
